Chilli Droewors Ready To Eat
Grass Fed Silverside steaks are minced with an aromatic blend of herbs and spices into “thin sausage”, as the thinner sausage dries more quickly and is thus less likely to spoil before it can be preserved. It is usually flattened to provide a larger surface area for drying, before being naturally air-dried to perfection.
Spiced with top notes of coriander ,cloves, black pepper and with a special chilli sting.
