Your biltong can be packaged in the traditional brown paper bag OR vacuum sealed (Ideal for freezing or long-distance delivery).

Curing

Cured and dried the traditional way, our chicken biltong is soaked in a marinade of herbs, spices and a few other secret ingredients to give you that biltong satisfaction you crave! Our biltong is produced in a secure, fully-certified food production facility.
